The truth is that Entratech is about innovation, yes that old cliché "thinking out of the box". Speaking of boxes, I tried to tell Kraft Foods that, I emailed them suggesting that their single serving macaroni and cheese packaging be modified for consumer convenience and that they should plan their noodle bag so as to be used for a water measuring cup for their product without the need for the consumer to carry a measuring cup around to work or school. After all, the product is about convenience. There comment was "we have hundreds of people developing ideas here, please do not make suggestions to us". Oh Duh! I asked nothing in return. On with the cheese graters, if you want to find out why we need a new style grater this past one hundred years just follow my links for documents, photos and the patent application. May I suggest you get comfortable, grab something to drink, because believe it or not, it takes eighteen pages and fifteen drawings to patent this grater concept? Boring my wife says! If you want to just look at the pictures, they should tell you the story without the documentation describing the principles of the mechanics and ergonomics involved.
